Linas Ideas innovates thanks to a digital embroidery machine but also through self-training. «I like to create. I love to imagine and then materialize this creativity on a material». After two years of work, the result is relatively positive. «In terms of progression, I am doing better than when I started. I can create more models as soon as I have an order; I do my best to satisfy the customer in terms of choice, quality and delivery time.» That said, the challenges are still numerous, starting with the supply. «My main problem is to get the raw material that is the textile. I have difficulties to have certain qualities. Also, I work with what is available while hoping to find better one better day.»

Meanwhile, Aminata Sinka has an appreciated strong skill, leadership. As evidence, her association «Club Jeune Femme Leader» that launched last year. She explains that the idea came to her because of the difficulties she encountered in the field as a young entrepreneur. «There was a moment when I found myself alone with my problems not knowing who to talk to. I realized there were other women living in the same situation as me. Joining a club allows us to take action and overcome our difficulties.» Today, the club has undertaken many actions, including training on self-confidence and the maintenance interpersonal relationships.

Business Store Consulting, «a meeting point between supply and demand, companies and their potential technical and financial partners”»

The same year, Aminata Sinka launched in December 2017 in Ouagadougou, the 1st edition of Innovation and Creativity fair. An activity promoted by another entity she created, Business Store Consulting (BSC), to support future entrepreneurs in the completion of their projects. «The Innovation and Creativity Fair is a workshop organized by a company and bringing together several people around a given theme». According to her, this professional fair is a prospecting tool that offers the possibility to customers in search of novelty and creativity, to discover certain products and / or services during a friendly event. «It is also an effective way to build consumer loyalty by inviting them to visit our stands and showcase our new products. This framework serves as a meeting point between supply and demand, companies and their potential technical and financial partners,» she says. Convinced that “the African and Burkinabe woman in particular must learn to innovate and stop begging,” Aminata Sinka is slowly but surely making her way into the world of entrepreneurship.
