Fatou Dior NDIAYE holds a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law and Business Law. She also earned a Master’s degree in Organization, specializing in Quality, HR, and CSR, and pursued a Master 2 in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) out of love and conviction.
She founded her company in 2018 and has been active in the artisanal leather and skins sector through her leather goods brand, Jolof Cuir Collection. The raw materials for her products are supplied by women’s cooperatives.
Fatou is a committed Pan-Africanist. She has a positive vision of Africa and firmly believes that the best way to develop the continent is by investing in the utilization of its raw materials. She demonstrates strong leadership, open-mindedness, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly.
