Aïda is a 34-year-old Moroccan entrepreneur, currently CEO and co-founder of JobBee, an HR-tech Start-up with the mission to unlock tech talent’s potential in Africa. 

Having graduated from HEC Paris, the leading business school in Europe, Aïda built a solid business background through 8 years of experience in Investment Banking and Strategy.Driven by a desire to achieve something greater, she made the decision to shift gears, learn coding and return to Morocco with the goal of creating value through technology and making a positive social impact through entrepreneurship. 

Through JobBee, she aims to curb brain drain by providing young talents with opportunities for international careers while remaining in their home countries and ultimately empower the next generation of technological leaders. Her personal dedication lies in serving as a role model for young woman as she strongly believes that the future ofAfrica rests in the hands of its youth, driven by technology and women empowerment.
