Chantal Ntima is a Burundian engineer in the food and beverage industries with a specialization in quality management. She is currently the Director of the “Maison De l’Entrepreneur” (MDE), ADISCO’s incubator for startup companies. She supports various projects and initiatives on a daily basis, helps entrepreneurs achieve their goals and create value-added businesses for the local economy. Passionate about personal and professional development, leadership and entrepreneurship, Chantal NTIMA is deeply involved in the coordination of projects and job creation stream for youth. She is also one of Women in Africa’s mentees and mentors, and will be mentoring entrepreneurs through the Tony Elumelu Foundation’s entrepreneurship programme this year.
