François Blanckaert has been in the role of SVP Supply Management (CPO) for Sodexo since September 2018. He is responsible for the totality of the spend for Sodexo, food service supplies and equipment, subcontracting services and indirect spend, and for On Sites Services, Entegra, and Benefits & Rewards.
Over the past 4 years, François has led the transformation of Supply Management in Sodexo. Firstly, changing the way Sodexo thinks about procurement and putting it front and centre, as a key component to differentiate Sodexo from its competitors.
Secondly, redefing procurement and investing in the skills, capabilities, tools, data & systems used by the function while bringing many teams together under a single operating mode, way of working and cultural ethics of excellence.
Prior to Sodexo François spend 25 year with Danone working across the world and led end to end strategic procurement functions. He has achieved high results in international and challenging environments and demonstrated strong leadership and change management capacities.
