She campaigns for the promotion of Djiboutian women’s entrepreneurship through her commitments as President of the Djiboutian Women Entrepreneurs (AFCED) and Vice-President of the IGAD Businesswomen (IWIB).
Hibo Bacha is the Managing Director and Manager of BACHA TRAVEL AGENCY and DREAM HOUSE -REAL ESTATE, a travel agency that provides a wide range of services (tickets, transport, hotel reservations, tourism, car rental and sale/purchase of houses, land and flats in Djibouti, France, Dubai, Canada and the United States).
Courteous and courageous by nature, Hibo is a competent woman who has raised the consciousness of Djiboutian women and has enabled several young Djiboutian women to get out of unemployment. She employs a lot of people, and her ambition is to grow and invest more in her country.
In 2017 she decided to work full-time on her own business. The two agencies “Travel/Tourism and Real Estate” are sectors reserved for men in which she has faced many difficulties and discrimination, but she has never given up, knowing that life is full of obstacles and steps to overcome in order to achieve her goal.
To start all her projects, she saved money while she was employed.
