Ifedayo Durosinmi – Etti is an author, entrepreneur and young global leader with over 10 years of management and leadership experience working in the fashion, marketing, and manufacturing industries. 


Ifedayo holds a first degree in Biochemistry and an MBA in Global Business. She is theproud founder of Herconomy (formerly called AGS Tribe). Herconomy is a financial technology platform that helps women securely grow their wealth by offering high-yield savings accounts, community, financial education, discounts on women – centric products and services with a mission and vision to be the most reliable bank for women in Africa and economically empower one million women by the year 2025. Selected as one of the top 10 Tech Startups in Africa by the prestigious Startup Bootcamp Accelerator Program, Herconomy is positioned to become one of the top Fintech companies in Africa.


In 2017, Ifedayo received an award from Vivian Fowler College for Girls, one of Nigeria’s best secondary schools, in recognition of her contribution to women’s empowerment. In 2018 as well, she received the Women’s Advocacy Award from the West African LeadershipOrganization, for her exemplary leadership and dedication to the socioeconomic development in West Africa. By March 2018, she was invited to Harvard University as a panelist to discuss the role of women in democracy and how it impacts businesses in Africa, during their African Development Conference. Ifedayo was named a Peace Scholarby the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was recently selected to receive mentorship from world-renowned artiste and businessman, Akon, because of her contributions to the entrepreneurship sector in Africa. In addition, she is a One Young World Ambassador, listed as one of the top 100 Women by Leading Ladies Africa. Ifedayo was selected as a Mandela Washington Fellow in 2021, a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum whereshe currently serves as the Project Lead for Startup Dome.

She won the ‘Tech Entrepreneur’for the Globant Awards and was named one of the 100 Most Influential Young Africans by Advance Media in 2022.

She was recently appointed as a Youth Advisory Group Member for Solutions for YouthEmployment (S4YE), a global coalition formed by the World Bank, aimed at providingcatalytic support to employment and productive work for 150 million youth by 2030.
