Founder Frontline Management
Irene KIWIA is an accomplished entrepreneur whose career spans more than eighteen years in the fields of business management, media, public relations and empowerment of women and men. She is the founder and CEO of Frontline Management, a member management company of Tanzania Women of Achievement, a platform founded in 2009 to empower women and girls through social and economic transformation.
Irene KIWIA brings her international reputation to the empowerment of young African girls.
Her contribution to the improvement of the status of African girls has enabled her to participate in the United Nations General Assembly “Health and Young Girl’s Empowerment Forums” in 2014. She was named “African Woman of the Year” in 2015 by Africa Reconnect, a South Africa-based organization that honors outstanding African leaders involved in women’s empowerment.
She joined our network of ambassadors in 2017.
