Lipuo is a Farmer and Philanthropist. She worked for United Nations Development Programme, and later for Democracy Works Foundation in areas of Governance, Peacebuilding, Dialogue, Foresight and Development. She left development sector to runher business in Agro-Production and Processing. 

Her company, Limomonane Products produces and processes fruits to make Jam,Marmalade and Canned Fruits. The Limomonane Orchard has over 10,000 fruit trees. Her award-winning natural jam has been featured on various magazines in Lesotho and South Africa. Lipuo has won several prizes both nationally and in the SADC region for her semi-organic products that are a combination of health and taste. She also runs a contract farming company that specialises in field crops like wheat and sugar beans, produced for Lesotho Flour Mills and Tasty food packers respectively. 

To maximize impact and pursue her passion for sustainability and empowerment of youth, marginalised individuals and disenfranchised rural women, she has founded Limomonane Trust, an environmental not-for profit organisation for capacity-building on conservation agriculture, eco-systems restoration projects, environmental awareness and activation for people to become environmental stewards. Limomonane Trust is currently working with the Ministry of Forestry on a project dubbed 10 Thousand Trees, whose aim is to plant ten thousand indigenous forest trees in the ten districts of Lesotho, totalling to one hundred thousand (100K) trees countrywide every year for the next 5 years, making a total of 500000 trees. 

Lipuo is a Programme 54 Laureate and Ambassador for Women in Africa (WIA). She is aFrench 1,000 Entrepreneurs Challenge 2020 winner for Lesotho. She recently became thefirst youth in Lesotho to receive a donation from His Majesty King Letsie III as a recognitionfor her contribution towards food security and climate action in Lesotho. Lipuo is a USADFgrantee and a Mandela Washington Fellow.
