Lipuo is a Philanthropist, entrepreneur and apeace and democracy practitioner and agent from Lesotho. She worked for United Nations Development Programme in areas of Governance,Peacebuilding, Foresight and Development.
She left United Nations to start a business in Agro-processing. Her company, Limomonane Products produces and processes fruits to make Jam, Marmalade and Canned Fruits. Her award-winning natural jam has beenfeatured on various magazines in Lesothoand South Africa. Lipuo has won several prizes bothnationallyand in the SADC region for her semi-organic products thatare a combination of health and taste.
She is also a consultant for Democracy Works Foundation where she works on a programme that strengthensthe ability of political parties in Southern Africato develop and implement participatory policies around access to sustainable water supply, clean water, and clean energy, using evidence-based knowledge, while at the same time enhancing a democratic political culture that supports the meaningful participation of women, youth and marginalised individuals.
Lipuo also sits on the advisory panel for the MillenniumChallenge Corporation for Compact ii. She is also the reigning Global Peace Director for Lesotho as well as an Ambassador for Future Females.
