Ngaparou Digital Centre

In 2022, the Orange Foundation and Women in Africa join forces to launch a Digital Centre in Ngaparou.

This year, the Orange Foundation and Women in Africa join forces to launch a Digital Centre in Ngaparou. Since 2015, the Orange Foundation has been working to  ensure equal access to the labour market, in Europe and Africa, with its Digital Centres programme. In Ngaparou, this support programme for professional integration and entrepreneurship will target young women with at least the baccalaureate who are not working or who have an entrepreneurial project by offering them training, mentoring and networking sessions with entrepreneurs and business leaders.

This support programme for professional integration and entrepreneurship programme aims to empower women and promote their digital inclusion through training. It is based on the supply of digital equipment, pedagogical content and learning support. The objective is to enable these young women to have all the keys to facilitate their professional integration but also to create their own business and carry out their projects.
