Gabon 🇬🇦

Rudy Ossia is an engineer, entrepreneur and change leader. She has 9 years of experience in petroleum engineering in the supervision and support of production operations on oil sites.
At the same time, she has been in the world of entrepreneurship for 6 years as a designer and business manager of Nda Africa’s Home. A company that values African cultural heritage through home design, «Nda» means home in my mother tongue, Fang/Beti. She works in collaboration with a community of talented African artisans and aims to increase the social and economic impact with my stakeholders through job creation and income generation.
At the same time, she is very committed to the cause of youth development and empowerment. As a female leader working in oil camps, she motivates young girls to take an interest in these careers because diversity and inclusion are principles that are dear to me.
She also aims to change the narrative of the African continent among youth by sharing the successes of young African leaders who have an unmistakable impact on their environment. She has woven this network through the various programs in which she has had the opportunity to participate such as the Tony Elumelu Foundation, Woman In Africa 54, Yali Dakar, Mandela Washington Fellowship and now the Woman in Africa Young Leaders. She is motivated by the vision of a strong and autonomous African youth.
