Passionate about entrepreneurship and sustainable development, Sara is a Co-founder and Executive Catalyst at ideiaLab. She has an active role in building an innovative and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country and region.

Sara empowers new business, making links between people, places, opportunities, with a special focus on women and youth entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneur, mentor, and a business angel, she has more than 15 years of experience in business management and development, in the Oil and Gas, Consulting, and Development industries, in Mozambique and Angola.

Sara is a member and founder of AMBA (Associação Moçambicana de Business Angels), alumni of the International Leaders Programme UK and, since 2019, an ambassador for Mozambique for Women in Africa (WIA). She holds a post-graduate degree from NDEG-ISCTE (Portugal) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economy from  ISEG (Portugal).
